At Space Coast Feline Network (SCFN), we believe that every cat deserves a chance to live a healthy, safe life—and that the people who care for them deserve support, resources, and someone to turn to.

We are a volunteer-run, foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Brevard County, Florida, with a primary focus on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), community cat advocacy, education, and helping families and individuals find practical solutions for cats in need.

 

Spay & Neuter Assistance

One of the most important things we can do for our community cats is spay and neuter.

Through our TNR efforts, community partnerships, and spay/neuter clinics, we help connect people with affordable options for altering feral, stray, and community cats. We work with veterinary partners and local animal welfare organizations to help make spay and neuter more accessible to those who may otherwise have limited options.

If you have found a feral cat, are caring for a community cat colony, or are trying to prevent an unexpected litter, please reach out before giving up. We may be able to help you determine the best course of action, provide information about available services, help with trapping, or connect you with appropriate spay/neuter resources.

We understand that encountering a cat in need can be overwhelming—especially when you don't know where to begin.

You may have a cat showing up in your yard, a colony that suddenly has kittens, or a feral cat that needs to be trapped and altered. You may be caring for cats on your own and simply need access to a trap, information about where to get affordable veterinary care, or advice from someone who has been there before.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Our goal is to provide education, resources, and practical assistance whenever possible so that community members can become successful caregivers and advocates for the cats in their neighborhoods.

When contacting us, please include as much information as possible about the situation, including your location, the number of cats involved, whether they are friendly or feral, whether kittens are present, and what type of assistance you are looking for. Photos are also helpful when appropriate.
